Atlanta man shot, killed after attending performance at Club TRU in LaGrange

An Atlanta man has died after being shot in LaGrange Saturday night, according to a press release from the LaGrange Police Department.
The victim, identified as Nasr Midian Kahenti Atun El Bebley-Calvin, 18, was killed when he, and several others, left Club TRU after a performance, to travel back to Atlanta. As the group was traveling east on Lafayette Parkway, shots were fired from an unknown vehicle and struck Babley-Calvin in the head. He was driven to Grady Memorial Hospital for treatment and was pronounced dead soon after his arrival, according to LPD.
According to the LPD, it has been determined that the performer at Club TRU Saturday night, Cold Hearted Savage, is employed by 4pf music label, which is associated with Criminal Street Gangs and Criminal Street Gang Activity in Atlanta.
The Atlanta Police Department had first alerted the LPD to the shooting at 8:30 p.m. Sunday night. APD told LPD it had received unconfirmed information that the subject had been shot at Club TRU in LaGrange.
