LaGrange College women’s basketball coach Jasen Jonus is hosting a three-day summer camp for the LaGrange Academy girls basketball program.
The camp, which started on Tuesday, has the girls working on various fundamentals to try and improve their play. Any Warrior basketball players from sixth grade up to 12th grade are allowed to participate.
“It’s a small camp for LaGrange Academy’s girls basketball team to come learn new skills and get ready for their upcoming play dates and team camps,” Jonus said.
Warriors head coach Ken Klinger is happy to team up with LaGrange College and Jonus to get his girls some valuable work in the offseason.
This is the first of three basketball camps Jonus has planned alongside LaGrange College. There will be two youth camps later this year on July 11-15 and the second one is from July 18 to July 22.
