Mrs. Minnie L. Weldon Allen passed away Friday.

He was born Oct. 1, 1934, to the late Joe Bennie Weldon and Susie Hudson Weldon Lindsey.

She was educated at Ethel W. Kight High School; and a faithful member of Smyrna Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Deacon Emmett Allen; four children: Marjorie A. Potts, Clifford (April) Allen, Curt (Karen) Allen, all of LaGrange, Georgia; Quatian (Victoria) Allen, Atlanta, Georgia; five grandchildren; four great grandchildren; brothers: Joe Weldon, Ezekiel (Freda) Weldon, all of LaGrange, Georgia; Jefferson (Barbara Jean) Weldon, Snellville, Georgia; sisters: Agnes (Robert) Smith, LaGrange, Georgia; Carolyn Ikepgmbe, Fredrick, Maryland; Glenda (Sonny) Sutton, Sayreville, New Jersey; brothers-in-law: Charles (Etherine) Allen, Jerome (Pamer) Allen; sister-in-law, Betty (Walter) Russell; one aunt, Dora Cameron, all of LaGrange, Georgia; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and the Smyrna Baptist Church Family.

The Service will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at Smyrna Baptist Church.

The excellent care of Mrs. Allen is being provided by Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home.
