She was born June 8 in Whitesville, Georgia to the late Willie “L.C.” Johnson and Mary Bankston Johnson.

She joined Roes Chapel United Methodist Church, retired from Callaway Gardens and enjoyed her retirement traveling.

Survivors inlcude her children:  Antonia F. (Henry) Nelson, LaGrange, Georgia; Terrance F. Johnson, Whitesville, Georgia; grandchildren:  nine great grandchildren; her siblings:  Juanita McGhee, Pine Mountain, Georgia; Lona (Fred) Crawl, Whitesville, Georgia; and Phillip Johnson, Whitesville, Georgia; her buddy/cousin, Roy Williams who she affectionately called “Baby Roy”; nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and the Whitesville Community and her Roes Chapel Church Family.

The Service will be Sat. at 12 P.M. at Roes Chapel UM Church. The excellent care of Mrs. Adams is being provided by Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home.
