Ms. Katherine McFerson passed away Thursday.

She was born Aug. 31, 1963, to the late Rev. Robert Berl McFerson and Mrs. Annie Lee McFerson in LaGrange, Troup County, Georgia.

At an early age, she united with Bethlehem Missionary Baptist Church in Standing Rock, Alabama, graduated from LaGrange High School, Class of 1981, and was previously employed in the Textile and Manufacturing Industry for many years.

Survivors include her children:  Nortashley Fanae Hubbard (Donovan), Martavius Bernard Hubbard (Tasha), Lamar Hubbard, and Miracle Woodyard; six grandchildren; siblings:  Rose Mary Poole, Annie Beliveau, Robert McFerson, Yvonne (Baron) Smith, Regina (Kevin) Hill; brothers-in-law:  Eric Maxwell and Charles Ridgeway; aunt, Margaret (Fred) Amos; and a array of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

The Service will be Wednesday at 2 P.M. in the Chapel of Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home.
