A 2-year-old was shot in the face accidentally at The Phoenix on Whitesville Road Wednesday evening, according to Lt. Monica Peterson with the LaGrange Police Department.

As of 9 p.m. Wednesday, there was a large police presence in the area. The child’s condition was not immediately known.
