Margaret Ellen Griffin passed away Friday.

She was born March 15, 1966, to the late Leonard Gilbert Griffin, Sr. and Mary Jewel Griffin in LaGrange, Troup County, Georgia.

She united with Sardis Baptist Church of LaGrange, graduated from LaGrange High School, Class of 1985; and was previously employed by West Georgia Medical Center and Twin Fountains Home for over twenty-eight years.

Survivors include her son, Jessie Monetes Griffin; and daughter, Talia Gunn; one grandchild; companion, Jessie Wilbur Grissom, Jr.; sisters:  Minnie (Walter) Brisco, Mary (Lu) Parker, Jane (Ray) Echols, Gail Griffin (Milton Ross); brothers:  Leonard Gilbert Griffin, Jr. and Robert Lewis Griffin; and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, relatives, and friends.

The excellent care of Mrs. Griffin is being provided by Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home.
