Following several months of investigation, Troup County Sheriff’s Investigators have arrested a second suspect on felony drug charges.
Johnquavious Lashun Patillo, 33, was arrested at his home in Union City on Thursday, July 20, by TCSO Narcotics Investigators, along with Agents with the GBI West Georgia Regional Drug Task Force and Officers with the Department of Community Supervision.
Patillo was booked in the Troup County Jail and held on charges of conspiracy to traffic methamphetamine and felony probation violation.
According to TCSO, Patillo is a second subject related to the March 10, 2023 case where investigators arrested Latoya Zachery, 41, and seized approximately 20 pounds of crystal methamphetamine from her residence in the 500 block of Merrill Drive in LaGrange.
The street value of the methamphetamine was estimated to be about $461,000 at the time.
