Mr. Dustin Allen Phillips, age 34, passed away on November 23, 2023.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, November 30, 2023 at 1:30 pm at the Meadoway Gardens. Family will have a time of visitation at the funeral home on Thursday at the funeral home from 11:00-1:00 pm. Higgins Funeral Home at Hunter Allen Myhand, 706-884-5626.
