Cottle, Perry lead LaGrange to dominant win over Troup

Rivals collided on Thursday evening with LaGrange girls soccer trouncing Troup 15-0 in a game that lasted just one half of play.
It was domination from the offset as LaGrange scored with ease.
Same Cottle and Karley Perry led the front line like they always do, with poise and confidence. Both young women finished the game with four goals apiece with Cottle registering three assists and Perry registering two.
Sophomore Reese Humphries also had a big showing offensively, scoring a hat trick and providing two assists.
Carlee Roland, Briley Cooper and Anna Poe all had a goal each for the Grangers. Demi Russell and Amelia Rockwell had an assist each.
LaGrange has now won five games in a row to improve to 7-6 overall and 4-2 in region play. The Grangers will have another critical region matchup on Thursday on the road to Whitewater.
Troup is now 3-7-1 overall and 1-5 in region play. The Tigers have officially been eliminated from the playoff hunt.
