LaGrange Police are currently dealing with a standoff in the 900 block of Norwood Drive off of Malibu Drive.

LPD Public Information Officer Jeremy Butler advised that the incident started as a domestic incident when they learned that the undisclosed suspect had felony warrants. When police attempted to arrest the suspect, he barricaded himself into the home.

Police have communicated with the suspect and are attempting to get the suspect to exit the home.

LPD recommends avoiding the area as this incident is still an active scene.
