Mrs. Jane Ann Ayers Reaves, age 86, of LaGrange, passed away on September 1, 2024.  Mrs. Reaves was born on December 21, 1937 in Newnan, Georgia.

Her parents, Mr. Walter Price Ayers and Mrs. Johnnie Richardson Ayers, preceded her in death as well as her husband, Julious Elmo Reaves, a son, Gregory Alan Reaves and a brother, Billy Driver. Mrs. Reaves was a member of Cedarcrest Community Church.

Survivors include her son, Michael Dwayne Reaves and his wife, Debra; grandson, Todd Alan Reaves and his wife, Lindsay; sister, Carol Grizzard; great-grandchildren, Mark Reaves and Alexa Reaves; sisters-in-law, Inez Colbert and her husband John and Helen White; extended family.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 4, 2024 at 2:00 pm at the Higgins Funeral Home at Hunter Allen Myhand Chapel with her grandson, Todd Alan Reaves officiating.  Interment will follow at Restlawn Memory Gardens.  Family will receive friends on Wednesday at the funeral home from 1:00-2:00 pm.
