Mrs. Betty Copeland Shipman passed away Sunday.

She was born Feb.11, 1941, to the late Kelcy and Annie Copeland in LaGrange, Troup County, Georgia.

She united with the St. James Baptist Church, graduated from East Depot High School, and was previously employed by Revlon.

Survivors include her brother, Rev. Bobby Copeland; sister, Marian Wallace; nieces and nephews:  Lewis Allen, Moesha Barber, Alisha Copeland, and Clavin Marshall, Jr.; and an array of cousins and relatives.

The Service will be Saturday at 11 A.M. in the Chapel of Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home.

The excellent care of Mrs. Shipman is being provided by Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home.
