Monday, Sep 30 update: Latest on Tropical Depression Joyce from the NHC

On Monday at 4 pm, the National Hurricane Center issued an advisory stating that Tropical Depression Joyce is 970 miles east-northeast of the Northern Leeward Islands, with maximum sustained wind of 35 mph. It’s moving 2 mph to the north.
“Some weakening is forecast during the next 48 hours, and Joyce should become a remnant low soon.” meteorologists state.
YESTERDAY (Sunday):
Yesterday, Joyce lost strength and was downgraded from a tropical storm to a tropical depression with sustained winds of 35 miles per hour.
