LAGRANGE, Georgia – On October 24, 2024, a subject, later identified as Brandon Lee Garrett, entered the Herb Shop at 408 Ridley Avenue. Garrett exposed himself while in the business and also touched a woman in the shop in a way that constituted Sexual Battery. Garrett was located and arrested last night, charged with both these crimes, and is currently being held in the Troup County Jail.

As of the date of arrest, Mr. Garrett is not a registered sex offender.
