On July 2, 2024, at 4:15 p.m., the Troup County Sheriff’s Office received a call of an unresponsive person at 2785 Whitesville Road, LaGrange. Upon their arrival, deputies located an adult male, Anthony Hall, 44 years of age, unresponsive inside the residence.

He was transported from the scene by ambulance to the Wellstar West Georgia Medical Center Emergency Room and pronounced deceased after the medical staff was unable to revive him.
