On January 25, 2025, at approximately 1236 hours, LaGrange police officers responded to 1514 Vernon Road, Wellstar West Georgia Medical Center, in reference to a female alleging that she had been assaulted physically and sexually by Travis Rivers, 35, at 102 Fendig St causing her to have a broken ankle. The criminal investigation division responded. Rivers was arrested for violating a conditional bond order under case 2025013544. This investigation is still ongoing.
