The Callaway boys soccer team lost a rain soaked game on Thursday 6-2 against Shaw.
Goals from Journee Jordan and Nelson Herrera did little to lighten a damp atmosphere at Callaway Stadium. Originally scheduled to be played at Callaway high, the game was moved to Callaway Stadium because of the weather.
The Cavaliers were bogged down all night and were outmatched by the 4A Raiders.
Callaway finished with just five shots on target with the Raider were able to generate 13 shots on goal.
While the Cavaliers let in six goals, Brayden Morris was able to make seven saves in the game.
Callaway is off to an 0-2 start. The Cavaliers will be back in action next Tuesday when they host Chattahoochee County.
