Kenneth Lamar Ford passed away Thursday.
He was born Aug. 13, 1965, to Willie Douglas and Hattie Mae Ford in Columbus, Georgia.
He graduated from Jordan High School in Columbus, served in the US Army, and was employed by Wal-Mart DC.
Kenneth found great joy in being a member of the Sons of LaGrange Masonic Lodge No. 537 and the Bagdad Temple No. 104 – LaGrange, Georgia.
Survivors include his wife, Candance Gilbert Ford; children: Michelle’ Leonard, Brittney Douglas, Briana Patterson (Donnell); three grandchildren; parents: Willie Douglas and Hattie Mae Ford; siblings: Willie D. (Marion) Ford, Jr.; Bradford (Kedia) Ford, and Christopher Ford; mother-in-law, Majorie Beetles; sister-in-law, Marsha Gilbert; brothers-in-law: Randall (Sharon) Gilbert, George (Leisa) Gilbert, Viondi (Chantis) White, Kent (Simone) White; and an array of special aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, friends, and co-workers.
The Service will be Tuesday at 2 P.M. at Bethlehem Baptist Church.
The excellent care of Mr. Ford is being provided by Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home.
