LaGRANGE — Eleven debutantes will be presented by the LaGrange Cotillion Club at Del’avant Event Center on Dec. 27.
The 2016 members include Lily Burns, Jenna Conrad, Bethany Duquette, Emily Flowers, Ellie Doerr, Sara Kate Doerr, Margaret Harry, Peyton Knox, Catherine Lukken, Reagan Peters and Given Sharp. Officers elected for the 2016-2017 are Hannah Hale, president; Abbey Arrington, vice-president; Hallie Hale, secretary; Emily Pauley, treasurer; Morgan Skinner, social chair; Lauren Yates, service project chair; and Brooke Yarbrough, assistant service project chair.
For the Cotillion Club’s annual service project, the debutantes recently visited and donated items to the Family Kitchen at West Georgia Hospice. The items help family members who cannot leave the building because a loved one is not doing well and elderly family members who have a hard time traveling to and from the building several times a day.
Members encouraged anyone wishing to donate to contact Tammy Forbus at West Georgia Hospice for a list of items needed.
A Mother-Daughter Salad Dinner was held July 25 at the home of Mariennis Flowers.
Allison Arrington and Rachel Ennis are serving as this year’s advisors.
