It was the Sam Cottle show on the road to Fayette County on Friday as the senior forward led LaGrange to a 10-0 victory in a game that ended by mercy rule after 40 mins.
Cottle scored four goals and provided three assists as she led the front line with authority.
The rest of the goals were spread around with sophomores Reese Humphries and Amelia Rockwell scoring two goals each. Karley Perry and Demi Russell also scored a goal each to round out the scorers for LaGrange in the evening.
Perry also contributed three assists with Rockwell, Russell and Carlee Roland all chipping in with an assist each.
LaGrange has now won four straight games to improve to .500 (6-6) for the first time since early February. The Grangers are now 3-2 in region play. LaGrange will look to make it five in a row next Tuesday against rival Troup County.
