As per the National Hurricane Center’s 10 pm Sunday update, Joyce has lost momentum and has regressed from a tropical storm to a tropical depression, with winds of 35 miles per hour. Tropical Depression Joyce is 920 miles east-northeast of the Northern Leeward Islands, with maximum sustained wind of 35 mph. It’s moving 6 mph to the northwest. Joyce is forecast to change into a remnant on Monday.
