What does the world go to bed hungry for every night? Now this is all across the world in every country. This is easy, do you have an answer? It is something everyone wants, needs and desires: APPRECIATION. I sometimes stop by and get some very good candy for the lady that cuts my hair and you would have thought I hung the moon. It does not have to be a lot of money, it is the fact that you went out of your way and they know you think they are special because they are. Sometimes life is shorter than we think so I am asking you to take time today to start telling people in your life how much they mean to you. Be creative, take a pack of Lifesavers and put a cute note like, “You save my life every day!” or a Payday candy bar with a note that they are worth a $$$$$.

Here is a quote from Mary Kay Ash: “There are two things that people want more than sex and money: recognition and praise! Now you’re getting the idea so when your office manager gets some candy tomorrow, you will send 10 people a day an email saying, “I wish I was listening to one of your jokes again, buddy.” Yeah, I know you have the idea now, so stop by Kroger on your way home and buy your wife some flowers. Always take the time to let her know how special your world is with her in it. When your kids are getting ready for bed find at least one thing they did good and tell them that was nice. All these are habits that we need to keep going.
