Robin Beauford Clark and Steve Kempton Fincher announce their engagement to wed on Sept. 12.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Horace Beauford and the late Nelle Beauford of Spartanburg, South Carolina, and granddaughter of the late William and Allie Beauford. She is a graduate of LaGrange High School and is a certified health unit secretary at West Georgia Medical Center in the emergency department.

The groom-elect is the son of the late Rufus and Lillie Fincher of LaGrange and grandson of the late Jack and Fronie Fincher of Randolph County, Alabama, and the late James and Willie Mae Poore of LaGrange. He is a graduate of Troup High School and West Georgia Technical College. He is a water filtration operator laboratory analyst for the City of LaGrange.
