Live for today, not the past

Have you noticed at the grocery store they have a box of dented cans selling at half price? Yes, I pick some peas and corn out of that box.
There is nothing wrong with them. Tell me the truth, has your can suffered a few dents? Yes, in the last few years has your coach told you were too slow, too little, too short or have no any talent?
Maybe you’re a girl and everyone told you that your sister got all the looks and your brother got all the brains.
When I was young and would go to my grandmother’s I always cut her grass. One time the lawn mower would not crank and she told me if my cousin Bill was there he could make it crank. I was only about 12, but I did not forget. Bill never cut her grass.
Whatever things someone told you that you were not, please take the time, write them down, look at them and burn them. They are in your past so stop holding onto them. That is the past, live for today and tomorrow, forget the past. Lady Karma has a way of kicking butt and taking names. That is my story and I am sticking to it!
Set your intentions in life
Your intention sets the mood or direction of your day, week, year and life. What do you feed your mind each morning? I feed my mind that something great is going to happen to me. I try to read a few minutes each morning and evening. By doing that I keep my mind sharp on the good things out there. Then I go for my workout and, yes, I am square and do not care. I thank the good Lord for all of the great things going on. Yes, I pray for our president, my friends on Facebook that are in need, my family and the people I work with.
Yes, my expectations are everything will get better. Set all your intention of happiness and positivity and watch it come about in your life.
Our intention sets our direction that we move forward in a great way or we go downhill. Make setting your intention part of your daily ritual. If you do not set your course in life, and you do not know where you’re going, any road will take you there.
My intention for 2018 is to have lots of fun, travel with Louise, fish, hunt and ride horses more, have my company run smoothly, be filled with great agents and be a blessing to the people of Troup County. It will happen, my friends! For you now know my intentions!
