Mr. Rickey Lonnie Seymour, age 62, of LaGrange, passed away on Jan. 26, 2018, at Emory Midtown Hospital in Atlanta. Mr. Seymour was born on March 27, 1955, in Anniston, Alabama, to the late Lonnie Thomas “Robert” Seymour and Martha Lucile Adams Seymour.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Patty Smith Seymour; daughter, Michelle Seymour; sister-in-law, Lorrie Seymour; grandmother who raised him, Lillian Adams and special cousin, James Adams.

Survivors include his daughter that he lived with, Heather Michelle Seymour of LaGrange; siblings, Jerry Wayne Seymour and his wife Hope and their family of Dawson, Georgia, Susan Maddox and her husband Charles and family of LaGrange, Johnny Seymour and his wife Darlene and family of Franklin and Paul Seymour and family of LaGrange; special aunts, Peggy Lynn and her husband Kenneth and family of Sherman, Texas and Rosetta Lawson and her husband Dean  of West Point; uncle, Archie Adams and family of Montgomery, Alabama; special cousins, Denna’ Muncy and family of Hogansville, Monica King and family of Bluffton, South Carolina and Regina Troutz and her husband Dennis of Sherman, Texas; step-children, Matt and Amanda Martin and family of Albany; Melanie and Paul Williams and family of Albany; Misty Martin and Robin of Albany; Pam Womble and her husband Jerome and family of Blakely, Georgia.

Services for Mr. Seymour will be held on Monday, Jan. 29, 2018, at 3 p.m. at the Higgins LaGrange Chapel with the Rev. Brad Thompson officiating. Family will receive friends one hour prior to service time at the funeral home.
