Mr. Nathaniel Beasley

Nathaniel Beasley passed away Monday.
He was born Nov. 12, 1940, in LaGrange, Georgia. He was the son of the late Sam C. Beasley and Mamie K. Porter Beasley.
He joined the Mount Zion Baptist Church during his early childhood. Nat attended the Ethel W. Kight High School and after working in LaGrange for an extended time, he relocated to Dayton, Ohio, and he was employed as an assembly worker in until retirement in early 2012.
Survivors include his children, Jean Nathan Beasley and Aieronna Worthy; and siblings, Charlie Mae Thornton, Eulus (Sandra) Beasley, Curtis (Martha) Beasley, Dorothy B. Moss, William (Barbara) Beasley, Roberta (Junior) Ware, Betty (Hubert) Neal, Warren Beasley, Barbara Steven and Florence Ragland (cousin); and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
The service will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Mt. Zion Baptist Church.
The excellent care of Mr. Beasley is being provided by Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home.
