VALDOSTA – The Lafayette Christian School Cougars improved to 2-0 with a 48-0 road win over Georgia Christian on Friday night.

The Cougars were up 28-0 at the half, and they kept the accelerator down in the second half and won going away.

In the first half, Mitch Crandall and quarterback Landon Whitley each had a pair of touchdown runs.

Ben Dixon added a scoring run early in the third quarter to put the Cougars up 35-0, and they found the end zone two more times before the game was over.
