Six citizens graduated from the LaGrange Police Department’s Fall 2019 Citizens Police Academy on Tuesday night.

The LPD CPA graduates included Kelly Calvert, Mallory Nobbley, Shannon Belletti, Patricia McFarlin, Arthur McFarlin and Tameka Alexander.

According to a press release from the City of LaGrange, the Citizens Police Academy is held every fall and spring for any citizen wanting to learn more about the LaGrange Police Department. All classes are held at the LaGrange Police Department Training Center at 376 Aerotron Parkway, on Tuesdays for 10 weeks, 6 to 8:30 p.m. 

These classes are offered to the public free of charge. Application forms for the next LPD Citizens Police Academy can be obtained at the LaGrange Police Department front desk, City of LaGrange website or by emailing Jim Davison at jdavison@lagrangega.org.
