PEGGY MONTGOMERY

1934-2021

Peggy Montgomery, 86, of LaGrange, Georgia passed away Sunday, Jan. 24, 2021 at Wellstar West Georgia Hospice.

Mrs. Montgomery was born July 16, 1934 in Roanoke, Alabama to the late Arthur Fincher and Gertrude Haynes Fincher. She was the former Owner and Operator of Salon de Elegant and a faithful member of Grace Covenant Worship Center. She loved her church family, her work, friends, family and most importantly her Lord. Peggy displayed love in a manner few have seen.  She will be sadly missed by the treasures in her life, Randy, Jackson, and Mara.

Peggy is survived by her son, Randy Montgomery; grandchildren, Jackson Montgomery and Mara Montgomery; sister, Mozelle Fincher Brown; special friends, Debbie Bishop, Lisa Montgomery, Kitty Stribling, and Ken Fields; several other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 26, 2021 at Shadowlawn Mausoleum with Pastor Alex Montgomery officiating.

Flowers will be accepted or donations to West Georgia Hospice for their loving care, may be made in memory of Peggy Montgomery.
