As the Braves play into this weekend for the World Series, several LaGrange businesses will be hosting watch parties.

Main Street Pub will be playing the game on Friday and Saturday and will be hosting a Halloween costume contest on Saturday, Oct. 30.

“There’s been quite a few people coming in to watch,” said Terry Sweat, the co-owner of Main Street Pub. “We have every TV on when they’re playing.” 

Wild Leap Brew Company will also be hosting a watch party each night and will host “Franks ‘N’ Steins Halloween Bash” on Saturday.

The party will have live music, a costume contest and drinks from 7 p.m. to midnight.
