1953 – 2022
Ms. Patricia Ann Hardy passed away Saturday at WellStar West Georgia Medical Center.
She was born Nov. 30, 1953, in Chipley, Georgia to Geneva Harris and the late Charles Hardy.
She was educated at East Depot High School and later entered Nursing School and received her Certification and became a CNA; in which she took pride in providing private duty nursing.
Patricia was a member of Smyrna Baptist Church where she served as an Usher.
Survivors include her mother, Geneva Harris; her children: Lavonia Harris, Quanita Harris, Lakeisha Hardy (Raleigh Anderson III); special son, Darin “Redman” Williams; all of LaGrange, Georgia; her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters: Sara (Sonny) Mitsuda, Freida (Mike) Philpotts, Janice (Doug) Simpson, Vivan Harris, Brenda henry, Charlotte Hardy (Eric) Ruffin, Jacqualine Hardy, Nita Hardy (Mallory) Mosley; brothers: George (Aleisha) Harris, Ricky (Desery) Harris, Dexter Harris, Dwight Hardy, and the baby brother “the ending”: Cedric (Tanya) Harris; aunts: Gertrude Smith, Linda Hardnett, Gloria Stephens; uncle, Robert Stanley; and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews; and her dear friends.
The family will receive friends in the Chapel of Lakes-Dunson-Robertson Funeral Home on Sunday from 3-5 p.m.
The Celebration of Life Service will be Monday at 1 p.m. at City Light Church. Pastor Lonnie Walls, officiating. Interment will follow at Southview Cemetery.
