Two men have been transported to West Georgia Medical Center after being shot on Lindsey Street Thursday afternoon.

Sgt. Mark Cavender with the LaGrange Police Department said the incident occurred at the park on Lindsey Street. One victim was shot on the scene.

“One [vicitim] was transported by ambulance to the hospital while we’re trying to [figure out] what is going on … we were notified by the hospital that there was a second gunshot victim at the hospital,” he said.
