Police officers are investigating after a gun was pulled on a Troup County School System bus driver Wednesday afternoon.

The bus was near the intersection of Ragland Avenue and Lafayette Parkway when a driver pulled up beside the bus, pointed a gun at the driver and then sped away, according to Irisha Goodman, public relations director for TCSS.

Goodman said the bus was completing its last stop of the day but there were no children on the bus at the time. The suspect did not get out of their vehicle, Goodman said.
